On April 10, 2020, a 19-year-old boy died in a car accident with police. His name, Adil, is on almost every wall in Brussels. As the city's inhabitants move along these walls, as time passes and the city changes, his name remains static there - waiting for justice.

Due to stress and social pressure, the young but restless laboratory technician Marte suffers from sleeping problems and associated hallucinations. After a conversation with her doctor, the symptoms appear to be more deeply rooted than she thought. The viewer becomes part of Marta's wanderings, which increasingly resemble a fever dream and culminate when the innermost and deepest instincts come to the surface.
