The BREEDBEELD short film festival is open to Belgian short films of all genres. Prizes will be awarded for best fiction, animation, documentary and experimental film and there is a prize for the best filmmaker without an education at a film college. Each prize comes with a  €1000 check. The open call is via Filmfreeway, via the link below. Submitting is completely free. The main condition is that your film is made without VAF subsidy, wildcard budget and not on behalf of a production house or channel. You can submit your film until August 15th.
